Hi! Today I am going to talk about food. I love to eat, few meals displease me, but I could say that my favorite food is fish. For example, my favorite fish is salmon. When I was in Chiloe I ate salmon every day because it was very cheap, The last year I was in Valdivia with some friends, we prepared together salmon with potatoes, tomatoes and spinach. It was delicious and we were happy. Well, the salmon is a bit expensive in Santiago and it is never very cool so I prefer to eat albacora, a delicious fish that I cook with tomatoes, onion and spinach.

Another fish that I love is palometa. This fish is characteristic of the fourth region, you can fry it or cook it in the oven. In the fourth region the palometa is very cheap, if you travel to Los Molles, Los Vilos,  Tongoy or La Serena, I recommended you try this delicious fish.

By last, another food I like is beef, pork, chicken, soup and others. But, every day I eat only fruits until noon, I like to prepare or buy different juices, such as orange carrot, orange with ginger and several more.
